I don’t have enough words to express how grateful I am for this service and in particular to Dr Snadden. Had an emergency right before a 2 week travel in Asia, and after wasting hours in the public system with dismissal of symptoms, cancelled appointments etc I finally stumbled upon DocTap. Made a short notice appointment on a Saturday very close to my house, the doctor was very calm thorough and sympathetic, provided medicine and now I can finally relax. Hopefully the treatment works well for me. Thank you

NHS gave me a date for an appointment which was 4 weeks away! With DocTap I was seen same day. Having longer to discuss your issue and also more time for a more thorough investigation by the GP is really good. The GP was very good and personable. At under £50 this is reasonably priced as well. I recommend this service.

Very easy to book an appointment, seen on time, and doctor was helpful and friendly. Pharmacy in same location as clinic so very convenient. After the appointment, invoice and all medical notes are uploaded immediately to the system so you can access them whenever you like. Wish all GP services were like this! Excellent service from DocTap both online (easy to use website) and over the phone. I called in today, fairly long wait time but its normal during this period. Someone called Amna helped me she was super helpful and changed my appointment. Thank you!

Great service and would definitely recommend. Purchased a day 2 test and booked it in their Stratford testing tent. Super quick and easy process. No queues. Kept sending me updates on my email throughout. Results back in less than 24 hours.

Went to DocTap for our 2nd day arrival tests and had a great experience. Not only do they send you e-mail updates every step of the way, but we got our results by 7pm that night (took the test at 3pm) and it was a 24hour test! Whatever you do, DO NOT GO to The City and Travel Clinic. My husband may miss our flight back home because the “same day” results test done YESTERDAY still hasn’t arrived. Stick with DocTap.

I've used Doctap twice now. The great thing about Doctap is that they allow you to rebook free of charge or with a small fee, depending on the time. This time I used a same day test and the results were released eight hours later. Very reliable and speedy.
