The service was excellent, was easy to get hold of Danny and Kam(the bosses). The service they delivered was fast and they really go out their way for their customers to make sure they are happy and satisfied. I purchased many things such as handles, hinges and all sorts and they have lasted me ages, great quality and durability.

Handles are wobbly hinges are thin and joint finishing of upvc frame is so poor that it is just obvious by anyone who inspects it. Sealant capping is not cut flush. Totally poor workanship. Also will try to charge for FENSA where it is not needed or guaranteed by FENSA themselves like new build installations, when questioned claims he didn’t know!!!

Excellent fast an friendly service at a very reasonable price. Direct are the only Glazing Company we now use due to the service they offer. We called several companies before trying Direct who were charging less money and had a very short waiting list before work could be started compared to the others. I cannot praise Direct enough. Very appalling customer service - should be closed down as a business. Lies at all stages. Placed an order almost 10 months ago in Luton and he lied every step of the way. In the end he cancelled our order which wasted 10 months of our time. No customer service skills at all. Definitely Luton’s worst. There should be an option for 0 stars as 1 star is very generous. Will be passing word of mouth around too to others to save stress and time - do not use. All 5 star reviews are the complete opposite of the service they actually provide. Rogues is the perfect word to describe them to sum this review up.

Used this company as I needed a window made quick Usually fit the Liniar profile for a upvc replacement the selecta profile blowes it out the window !! and is buy far the Superior profile when price matching

Appalling company. The French doors they fitted were a disaster. Numerous faults. Their 'maintenance engineer' visited twice to try and rectify. Not only did he make the original faults worse, but he created more and even damaged the doors! After this, and a failure of the company to respond adequately I opened a case at the small claims court. Eventually the doors had to be replaced, but with a different type. I have just had another fault occur where the door mechanism jammed.... So the doors couldn't be opened, but couldn't be locked either! When I contacted the company Mr Bolton said I either had to accept the original 'maintenance engineer' or I wouldn't get anyone. As he had already been informed previously that this 'maintenance engineer' was never again to set foot on my property he knew this wouldn't happen. Therefore, the installation guarantee is worthless. Avoid this company!

Professional and reliable service, the workmanship is second to none. Fast and efficient service without any delays or problems. Very well priced and friendly staff. Highly recommend for all double glazing needs.
