Room was basic but clean and spacious, bed was comfy. Bathroom likewise a good size and with good high pressure water in the shower. Breakfast was buffet style and plentiful, though nothing on offer was particularly high quality. Bus stop outside for easy access to town centre and at £4.70 for a day ticket this is much cheaper than parking in town!

Located in a good location away from the city centre, easy to get to, plenty of parking, friendly staff, restaurant inside the hotel, decent size rooms, tea/coffee/kettle in room, ironing facilities, and very clean. The reason for 3 stars is because the mattress was too firm for me. Didn't get a decent sleep as a result!

Not a fan of the decor, however the room was clean and had everything I needed. Free car park a big bonus. Had a good night sleep too, despite being next to a busy road. And I even liked the breakfast too.

Excellent location, close to the city centre. Friendly staff who were helpful advising of best taxi service. Hotel does look a little dated, however, other than the door to our room, we found it to be very modern and the bed was very comfortable. Reasonable prices at the bar. Breakfast in the morning was excellent with a wide selection of both hot and cold options, although the restaurant did feel very cramped and you had to squeeze between other people's seats to get to the buffet. Overall for £59 for two people including parking, WiFi and breakfast it is excellent value for money and I wouldn't hesitate in staying here again when coming for a night in the city.

They do a really good job considering the budget price. Depends when you stay, it's close to the Manchester City football ground, so it'll be busier and more expensive around match days. Clean, comfortable, decent facilities and breakfast, quiet for the most part (not a match day when I stayed!), I definitely felt I'd had good value for money. I've stayed there before and would happily stay again.

Rooms looks nice. Hotel from outside is nice. Good price. Not very hygiene though. Found a lipstick mark on drinking cups. Also noise level was too much in morning. When someone opens next room door feels like they opening our room door! Wife was panicking !
