Very pleased with DialAFlight booked a return trip to Sri Lanka via Qatar Airways, they were the best price and everything went smoothly. Within minutes of paying (via credit card, for extra security) I had an email with booking reference direct to Qatar website. Thank you to Blake.

Poor customer service. I missed a flight and rang them as i was stranded at Manchester Airport and my point of contact ignored me and got a colleague to say he was in a meeting. He never came back to me and I rang 4 times. Terrible company. Was an absolute nightmare.
