As you enter this building your eyes are drawn to the lovely smart and modern setties with the most modern coffee tables and lamps. With very reasonable prices and variety this is a little jewl where you would not expect such good choice. The staff let you walk around and try out the furniture with no horrible looks. After a considerable amount of time the sales person came over and asked if we were OK. At this stage you actually wanted to talk to the sales team. Well done for a most enjoyable hour in your furniture store.

Aftercare is diabolical, you can never get a reply via phone so you got to turn up in person and still they haven't sorted the few problems I got with new suite. They do not return calls and blame one another. If I don't get anywhere in the New Year I would've to take it further. Never will shop again in DFS. Selling the items is easy but aftercare is a let down.

Ordered a sofa in May on express delivery (4-5 weeks) after this time had passed I went in to store to check on the order to find it hadn’t been processed properly and the lead time would be another 4-5 weeks. We were forced to buy another sofa on marketplace during this period as we had been holding out on deck chairs in our new flat until this point. The sofa was finally delivered 10 weeks on. However it was totally wrong. The wrong way around and the pieces delivered didn’t fit. Nothing has been done to date to rectify the issues. The customer service is awful. I have to ring to be on hold for 30-40 minutes to find out any updates and usually to an incompetent representative and told that we are no further along. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
