Really a relaxing adult only experience. Enjoyed how peaceful it is, a lot of unique hot springs. They had a range of products as well for sale. Love the atmosphere. Wished they had more food options.

Great experience. We pre booked well ahead and it was so nice only sharing the experience with a few other groups. We were the only ones with kids and they enjoyed it too. Very relaxing different temperature pools. And the nourish dome is fun too to have a break and a drink, hot drinks or healthy smoothies.

Overall I had a great experience at Deep Blue Hot Springs. I went to the Twilight session (6-9pm). Staff were friendly and facilities modern and clean. It was lovely to try all the pools of varying temperatures. The aromatherapy and rainforest pools were my favourites. If you are staying at the Deep Blue hotel, you don't need to hire towels - there will be towels in your room for use at the facility. The hotel receptionist acknowledged on check in that it isn't clear on the website that towels are provided to hotel guests. I had purchased towel hire at the time of booking, so in lieu of towel hire, the hot springs staff kindly lent me a robe instead to wear over my swimwear when walking to/from my hotel room and in the facility. Alternatively everyone is welcome to bring their own towels/robes. Unfortunately, the behaviour of other guests lets down the experience. For example - loud conversations in the cave pool (which is clearly signposted as a "quiet area"), a woman talking loudly on her mobile phone whilst in one of the sensory pools, and a woman sitting on the steps of the entrance to one of the pools making entry/exit difficult for other guests. I do acknowledge this isn't the fault of the facility or staff, and I may have just been unlucky - perhaps the morning or afternoon sessions are more peaceful. Given the hot springs is marketed as a relaxing and calming experience, I'd love to see mobile phones banned from the pool area entirely and stored in the lockers just before entry to the pools. Maybe an unpopular suggestion but something to consider.

Totally worth the cost. We have wanted to stop in here for yrs, Im glad we finally did. On a cold and frosty morning, this was the perfect activity. You can hire towels and robes and access to lockers, if you don't have valuables with you, just use the pigeon holes provided. There is a lovely cafe for hearty and nutritional eats. The bathing experience is divine, soft music and ambient lighting. Our 6 yr old completely loved it, but he knew its a place to be calm and relaxed, if your young kids are a bit more spirited I'd suggest go to a swimming centre instead.

5/ 5

Second time visiting the Hot Springs and first time staying at the Deep Blue. Our room was upgraded to a Penthouse suite, which really was amazing, great views, private balcony, ample space and very comfortable. The restaurant has many quality Gluten-free options, so it’s definitely worth checking out. This time the Hot Springs was really relaxing and a comfortable amount of other patrons, so didn’t miss out on trying the different pools and virtually zero waiting times.
