Fantastic Customer Service! I cannot recommend this company enough.. The personal 1-1 service and additional advice they gave me was much needed for the nervous home renovator that I was. Raj, Nilesh and Jeya (As well as the entire team) are dedicated in ensuring that their customers are 100% satisfied by the service they offer. We had a few snags and DDG managed to sort them all out without any issues or arguments which cannot be said for many businesses in this industry. If you want a hassle free double-glazing experience with quality workmanship and a bespoke dedicated customer service experience then DDG Glazing is the company for you (and I am a fussy customer who seeks perfection). They do it all! From advising you to treating your project like their own - you won't be dissapointed. DDG Glazing are thoroughly professional and at the same time they are approachable and very easy to work with. They are true partners that you need in your build!

Was referred to DDG by my builder, and was extremely happy. Dipesh made the ordering/delivery process easy and straight forward. He kept me informed throughout the process, sent pictures once the units were made up, delivered on time and great after sales. Pricing was excellent so ended up replacing all the units at my house and new units to the extension. Would throughly recommend.

Very happy - I had a large balcony door and sidelights replaced in my 3rd floor flat - very difficult to get a company to do this kind of job as there is no lift and it's difficult to get the windows in and the old ones out. The fitters that turned up on time, did the job efficiently and cleanly, laying dust sheets and clearing up around themselves. What's more they didn't moan about carrying them up and down 48 stairs. I'm very glad I went with DDG - they aren't the cheapest but they are one of the cheapest quality window installers, the quote I received was £500 below the cost of the major players in the window world.

We have just had complete rip-out & re-fit of our Windows & Doors completed by DDG Group on our family home. We replaced our 25+ year old rotten Everest uPVC’s with DDG’s ‘Synerjy’ range for windows, new Composite security front door and their ‘ALUK’ branded Bifold doors for our kitchen to garden area. Our experience from start to finish was excellent, with the team taking an open approach to our needs and showing us all the cost options available and what would look good against our chosen design. As DDG manufacture their own windows in-house, they can create something for you that is unique, energy efficient and of a high British Standard quality. Their fitters team were punctual, hard-working (my wife never noticed them having lunch, but I assure you they did) and very efficient and safe in carrying out all the works in our home. I have to say the finishing standards exceeded even my high expectation. Being a dedicated family business I would wholeheartedly recommend you speak to them before the likes of an Everest, SafeStyle, whose pushy salespeople can & will haunt you! We never felt we were being sold to here, more so that we’d decided on an upgrade to our home and were supported in our choices at every step. Thank you Neil, Jeya, Dipesh and the DDG family!

I would definitely recommend DDG windows, I would like to thank Jeya, Raj, Depesh and the window fitters Bharat & Ranjit for being really helpful and the DDG Team for doing a great job. Recently I have had my house renovated it was over a year project. DDG windows were very professional from day one they listened to my ideas and managed to do a fantastic job! They were very helpful and friendly. The quality of the windows and doors are amazing. They always kept me informed during the production time and always got back to me by phone call or email even during the first lockdown period. DDG Windows are great compney to work wiv if you are doing a big or small house project as they go that extra mile to make your windows and doors look good and fit good. I have used several window companies in the past but DDG window quality and work is outstanding and been the best so fair.

My experience with DDG windows has been nothing but brilliant. I came across them by chance as I initially approached a friend who worked for a window company in Essex for uPVC Sash windows. They were friendly and the windows were ok but after some time I was against the idea of sash windows. I then decided to approach a local firm Bargain Windows but wasn’t so impressed with their finishing product. I also approached Everest Windows but their customer service wasn’t great. It was by chance someone mentioned DDG had really good fitters that I decided to approach them. From the first call it was a pleasant experience. Neil was very helpful and knowledgeable, they came to the property and provided excellent advice on the window sizes we should go for and the openings we should have. Later Raj came to the scene and was also very helpful and took all the measurements of the windows. Finally Jeya took over and helped with booking the fitters in. There was delay my end in getting the work done as I was not ready and DDG was very patient. I went for back aluminum windows and they have come out really good and the fitters were also brilliant. Overall its been the perfect experience, their windows are not cheap so if you are looking for buy 1 get 1 free then I say look on ebay. The prices you are paying is a premium but its worth it as the quality build of the windows, fitters and the customer experience has been exceptional. I’m looking to get my front door and the bi fold doors from DDG Windows. Thank you DDG!

i was suggest by a builder to get doors from you.but your website seriously needs work on content. I trying to find a list of doors you have and it difficult to find it.
