Following a very frustrating and disappointing 6 months on the market with a local estate agent, an acquaintance suggested we go to Davies & Way. So, we did. What a difference! Right from the start we were impressed. Nigel was professional, knowledgeable and friendly; and following his visit we actually felt optimistic. … It was a good feeling which we hadn’t had for a while! Charlotte (who, by the way, is a gem) showed a potential buyer around 2 days after our house went up for sale, and it sold !!!! We highly recommend Davies and Way to you.

Have been very impressed with Nigel and Charlotte so far in the process of buying our next home. Charlotte was the one to identify the property as being one we might be interested in (she was spot on!) and Nigel has been very professional and knowledgeable in showing the house and communicating in the negotiations between us and the sellers.

Nigel and Polly were absolutely excellent they kept me informed all the way through my house sale that they sold on the first day. As any problems appeared they dealt with them so well keeping me informed all the way making the whole experience totally business like and friendly. Where to start..I would thoroughly recommend this agent. An excellent service throughout. Our sale went on a long while but the agent kept on top of the chain, contacting soliciyors and other agents and moving things along where necessary. All the staff at Davies and Way are friendly, patient, discrete and caring as well as professional in their approach. I real felt they did their best to see things through for me. I would particularly like to thank Pollyanna who was super efficient at getting things moving and finalised and went out of her way to ensure the chain completed in time for the deadline.
