Received nothing short of exemplary service here. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Hannah was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, making the whole experience very smooth. Will definitely be returning and honestly can't recommend this shop enough.

Had the pleasure of shopping here recently and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. Sales Manager Sara looked after us like we were VIPs - nothing was too much trouble. Very informative about the products and all our queries answered. There’s also a drinks menu (complimentary), including champagne, which is a really nice touch. The shop has recently been refurbished and is lovely. The downstairs is a bit of a hidden gem - an area for those who require a bit of privacy whilst shopping, and an entertaining area for when they hold special events (including a bar!). I can’t recommend this place enough - the best jewellers I have experienced!

I recently visited a small number of jewellers in the North West and eventually chose DMR in Manchester. The service from start to finish was excellent and provided by Rosie and Lee. Great service! My partner and I visited this store to discuss a new watch for myself. We made an appointment with Hannah and she made us feel very welcome from the start. We were in store for around an hour and really enjoyed our time there. We were also shown around the showroom and the stunning Rolex area downstairs. Hannah took the time to explain there would be a wait for the watch I wanted and the reasons for it which was completely understandable. Was looked after by Alex at the Manchester St.Anne's store last week. Looking for a new pilot watch and was able to try on all of the new IWC models, where the new big pilot caught my eye. Came back a week later and Alex remembered my top picks, and after a second viewing I made the purchase. Superb service all round, will be back before Xmas I hope
