Difficult to add anything that has not been already said previously. Visited the Liverpool branch a number of times and found the quality and choice of watches and jewellery to be of a high standard. However the biggest asset is the staff. They offer an exemplary level of customer care and it is clear this runs right through the store. My own personal dealings have been with both Alicia and Neil (Mr Omega). Such genuinely welcoming, friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. They went out there way to make the whole experience totally enjoyable and special with a few nice little touches here and there. They are a credit to their profession and I totally recommend David M Robinson, without reservation.

My first time using David M Robinson in Liverpool and I'm extremely impressed! I dealt with Sophie who was tremendous in helping me buy my first Tudor watch. Nothing was too much trouble for Sophie, she went out of her way to make sure I got the correct watch and her attentiveness and her ability to answer any questions I had was so reassuring. It's refreshing in this day and age to get such good customer service as it's often lacking in many other establishments. I would not hesitate to recommend using David M Robinson in Liverpool and I certainly look forward to using them again for my next watch purchase.

What a wonderful experience configuring and purchasing my Rolex watch! Alex responded to my initial email query as I live abroad. I knew which model I wanted and he made sure I got exactly that sending photos to make sure it was perfect. When I collected my watch with my daughter we were made to feel very special and given 5 star treatment. The glass or two of bubbles and cleaning of our rings were unexpected extras that added hugely to the experience. Thank you once again Alex you absolutely made my day.

I have been a customer of David M. Robinson for four years now and for every visit the service has been second to none - I made my first Purchase with the Jeweler in 2016 when I bought my first Luxury watch, an Omega Seamaster. It was at this point when I first met Angela at the Chester branch - since that first purchase Angela has taken excellent care of me with every inquiry and request I have made and each time ive been made to feel looked after and the actual service has always been perfect. In my latest experience on Saturday at the Liverpool branch I purchased my First Rolex. Angela went out of her way to help me pick the right one for me based on my tastes and thoughts and has kept me fully up to date whilst I have waited for my Rolex to arrive. I can honestly say that the service you receive here is the best you will find and Angela in particular has made both experiences moments I will never forget and I can only look forward to being a lifelong customer of this Jeweler. Congratulation to the whole team on the excellent job they do and long may it continue.

I have just purchased a beautiful Rolex watch at the store in Canary Wharf. It was a great experience! Cerian has been so nice, honest and helpful throughout the entire process (coordinating by e-mail as I live in Denmark) and it was such a pleasure meeting her (and also Sandy for that matter) in the store when picking it up. She had a genuine interest in providing a great customer experience and took her time to talk and explain everything. I can highly recommend the store and it was absolutely worth the travel from Denmark! Thank you.

Stopped by DMR Liverpool today and was really impressed with the level of service from the whole team. Lesley was open and honest with me and I couldn’t ask for anything else. Now let’s hope my dream watch shows up one day! Will definitely be back for future watch purchases. Highly recommend!
