We used to be member for 12 years but we started a family so no longer used the facilities so cancelled our membership. When we were members I saw people openly using drugs and steroids in the changing rooms, my Son at the time was about 5 years old. Not a great thing to witness… We forgot one of our bags one evening and it was never found. To this day I still can’t comprehend why someone would steal a toddlers swimming jacket. We recently for fun enquired how much a membership would be £110 per adult joining fee then £128 for an adult per month and £41 per child Madness !

Questionable quality with abysmal customer service. I imagine people enjoy the branding more than the actual facilities. At least its family friendly aside.
