My favourite club ever, unfortunately steamy room and sauna are not available now, what obviously reduce attraction of place, but on general scale is better than club will be closed completely. Looking forward to see family classes return and all facilities opened.
Best gym I’ve been to. 5* GYM I’ve been to about 20 gyms in my life. Mainly due to relocation. Seen the gym and heard about it but didn’t go in. Does look small. But never judge a book by its cover. It’s a really decent size. Got a free pass as my mate goes so went there for a session Wow what a clean gym. Lots of staff and always cleaning. The gym equipment is nice. It’s not a large area but as there’s aren’t a lot of ppl up there you can get on everything The only thing is I can’t afford to come here :( but if I earns a lot more I’d deffo 100% come here. I’ve been going to the gym for over 20 years so it’s a part of my life and I don’t mind spending money on it but £120 odd a month is just a little too much. If it was £60 odd a month I wouldn’t mind too much. They have got the membership right tho. As if you can afford it. Then it’s like having your own little gym. GREAT WORK GUYS AND AMAZING GYM
Clearly lack basic management at this gym. I have cancelled my gym membership yet they still want me to pay. Theyve asked me to email them but their mailbox is full and emails bouncing back. If I ring them they don't want to know!! Awful service and probably the worst managed gym I have been a member of. Covid is no excuse if you want to stay open!
Very convenient for me. Friendly staff and well equipped.
Club facilities are quite good (could be cleaner) but classes are a nightmare. Either you can't get on them because they're too small or the times are moved without any reference to those who regularly attend them. Frankly the club is run on behalf of the club without any thought for its members.
Really good experience now. Very family orientated now which adds a lot of value to the cost. So it doesn't just feel like an expensive gym, but An all round family place. Their Family fun splash sessions are great, with enthusiastic staff going all out.
Good gym, plenty of equipment and excellent weights section. 25M swimming pool separated into slow, medium and fast lanes. Also three lanes for just walking, swimming or classes. Good variety of classes run by trained instructors including Spin. It has coffee bar for snacks and hot and cold drinks. You'll need a padlock for the lockers.
Great place to shop a variety of shops from clothes, household, food, and market. Nice Christmas decor and Santa's grotto.
Fantastic service. Hannah was polite friendly and did a fantastic job on my legs and back. Would highly recommend.

In Roman times, Newcastle – then called Pons Aelius – was a fort on Hadrian’s Wall, and during the Saxon period, it was known as Monk Chester on account of its many religious houses. The city owes its present name to William the Conqueror who, like Hadrian before him, recognized its strategic importance.
