1/ 5

As an avid tennis player, I dislike this club immensely. David Lloyd is a former professional tennis player, so I assumed that the quality of the tennis courts would be high, but I've since found out that he sold the business about 25 years ago. On the outside courts, the nets were the wrong height and there was insufficient space behind the baseline to return some shots. The indoor courts are a bizarre form of carpet that catches on your shoes and jars your knee. The floor slopes in some places and the lighting is very poor with a mix of artificial and natural light. The way the ball bounces off the surface is also very inconsistent. If you are a rank amateur that doesn't take tennis very seriously, then none of this will bother you, but if you play at a high level (or even aspire to) then I recommend finding a proper tennis club.
