Dave’s Comics brighton

One of the best comic shops I've been to and I've been to a few. Smarty set out to suit folks of all comics tastes and needs. With distinct sections across both shops - there are two next door (but one) to each other. For gamers and collectables, a very reasonable wide ranging back issue section (must be given how much I spent there not done that in a while!) A fantastic 'book shop' and finally well set out new stuff and floppies bit. Highly recommended.

Nice little shop located in the North Lanes. Good selection of new releases and recent issues. Very organized and a wide selections of trade paperbacks & graphic novels. The staff is friendly and willing to help you find books. Great place to visit!

Far and away my favourite comic-book shop in the UK (that I've been to thus far!). It felt like I'd died and gone to back issue Heaven!

Probably the best meat pie I have ever had. Lovely atmosphere and the sow was brilliant.

Impressive collection of comic covers and also some very good graphic novels

I love this place it has a perfect range of genres but while browsing in store, a member of staff snatched a book out of my hand and said in a rather rude tone that I was done with it and this wasnt a library. I was planning on buying the book and was browsing to see if it was to my taste but after this rude encounter I left. I appreciate that people take advantage of the books but i would have been happy if they had asked me politely if i was planning on buying rather than being treated rudely in front of the whole shop.

They really know their stuff at Dave's! And always have the latest Carnage comic to please my 11 year old 😀
