Just been now. Absultley amazing service in foot were. The lady was very welcoming and asked us questions about our day and what are kind of fashion we like. This is the kind of thing we expect from shop owners. She said lovely things like 'your sunglasses are so nice'. Thank u for a lovely shop! Xx

Terrible. Swapped out the shoes my teenage daughter house at the till. We realised and went back with her to explain the mistake. Staff were aggressive, rude and argumentative when all we wanted to do was swap for the right pair. Put my 14 year old off returning anything on her own. Please, do avoid. (Regarding the reply. I would request Google to separate you. However this isn't what the manager told us, saying that he managed all three shops, and they 'had the same stock.' When not speaking to us, he was swearing loudly at a teenage member of staff. Based on this, I think it's reasonable for this review to stand.)

AVOID AT ALL COSTS....They have a notice in their shop saying " refunds will be given on non sale items if returned within 7 days. Sale items can be exchanged or a credit note given" my son bought 2 pairs os combats at 2 for £30, he also bought 2 pairs for £15. The cheaper 1s had a sale sticker on them. The £30 1s didn't. I asked for a refund on the dearer 1s & was refused, they told me that they were in a sale. For an item to be in a sale it has to be sold at a higher price for 21 days then reduced. These combats have been getting sold at this price for at least 1 year. I was willing to take a credit note on the cheaper 1s but not the others. These people are contradicting their own policy. They are just money grabbers ,& are not interested. As soon as they have your money they dont want to know. They are breaking consumer law Customer service doesnt exist in this shop. The shop assistant was lovely, it wasn't her fault, just the horrible boss at the till. PLEASE NOTE.....there are 2 shops in this unit, this rip-off 1 & a shoe shop. The shoe shop is NOTHING To do with D-fine & the people are lovely in there.

Worse place I've ever come across bought kickers for little boy couple of weeks ago paid 45 quid only for the stitching to come out so I rang shop he said bring it back so today I took it back he was reluctant to swap accused me and my son of doing it ourself then he said it's been burnt with a lighter so he again accused us of burning it with a lighter so he said he will swap shoe but the one he offered we didn't like nd then he said there wasn't another shoe in his size bear in mind my son was with me witnessing all this he said mum I don't like the shoe he's only 4yrs old then he offered me a credit note he wouldn't give me my money back was aggressive towards me and my son he then threw box of shoes at me on counter and told me to get out of the shop I said no I won't leave this shop until this is sorted then he called security he was being aggressive I wasn't they then told him to give me a credit note I had to pick a my son a new top instead of shoes not happy at all I wil be reporting to trading standards as his attitude stunk and I felt he was discriminating me as he was Asian I felt he was being racist to me and my son horrible customer service then my son accidentally pulled tag off clothing and the Asian girl snatched it off my son I wouldn't recommend this shop whatsoever!!!!!!!!!!

Bought shoes on the 11th Sept, didn't get a box as I was gonna wear them as soon as I got out the shop . Tried them on and seemed OK but realised I needed a size bigger so just kept receipt and it got late so didn't end up taking them back until today (21 days later ) no marks on the shoes as I hadn't gone outdoors just inside for literally a couple of minutes , but when I handed my receipt he asked if I paid £5 which wasn't the case it clearly states I paid £20 which I shouldn't of paid anyways as the shoes where on a £15 rack ... but wouldn't even swap for a the size up ... been here so many times but won't be going back ... never the price the card says ... just make up prices when you get the till 😒

Would give 0 stars if I could. This company is nothing but a scam! First thing I asked was do you offer refunds and I got told as long as returned within 28 days. I returned heels the same day, the guy acted as if he forgot I was in 2 hours prior and told me they don't offer refunds, only exchanges. The receipt states 'exchange only on sale goods' and the guy tried to hide the last part as if exchange only was their policy. After arguing with him, he miraculously remembered he told me they offered refunds?? If you do purchase here and need to return, make sure you stand your ground otherwise you will lose your money and they will be laughing! Disgrace of a company.

Great deal on some boots I needed. The young lady was really helpful and helped me get a pair that were right for me.
