Very professional.. really helpful.. Doctors listen and show a real interest in you. Great practice..

Always get an appointment on the same day (Friday afternoons of course are for emergency only). Very friendly staff, very professional nurses and doctors as well. There is a fish tank and a play area for kids. There is also toilets and water fountain available while waiting. One tiny issue is waiting up to 20 minutes (only sometimes) after my appointment was due. Still amazing compared to all other surgery's! Highly recommend.

I have visited my GP there on many occasions. Staff is always professional and polite. The place is clean and up to date and they even have a fish tank and a play corner for kids while they're waiting.

Rude and disrespectful Front Desk Staff. They seem to have a chip on their shoulder. Practie manager who has been trained to bat away any complaints instead of investigating them. Had enough after several years and changed GP. Avoid if you can.

Dr Rhys is fantastic, she diagnosed me with a rare condition called GBS and needed to be hospitalised immediately. I thought the pains were nothing serious at the time. I am so thankful for her, as it could of been so much worse.

This was my first visit to a doctor in the UK. It was great overall. The receptionist was friendly taking my messages and helping find the office. Dr Jones was very thorough and friendly. They were very careful with covid protocols. I would definitely return.

Vile, nasty, rude receptionist. Needs to have a bit of compassion for the reason people are visiting the surgery, and a lesson in general manners and how to speak to people!

My husband and I just had our flu jabs. Organisation amazing. Safe and friendly environment.Like a military operation! We were in the surgery minutes. Very impressed. Look forward to the Covid 19 vaccine.
