5/ 5

I joined the club when I was 61, in an attempt to hang on to as much fitness as I could for as long as possible. Now 6+ years and 1500+ trips to the gym later I am fitter and stronger than I was then. If you had told me back in 2011 that I would be going to a gym most days I would have called you crazy, I hated anything like that but Curves has suited me down to the ground. It is fun, social and, yes, the circuit takes only 30 mins so it really can be fitted in to most days. All ages, shapes, sizes and fitness levels can feel at home as you can set the pace to suit you. (Oh, and although it wasn't why I joined, I am also 22 pounds lighter than I was when I started.)

5/ 5

Top class professionalism, warmth and support in a small and friendly gym. The staff are friendly, approachable and well qualified. This is the gym to go to when you think you don't have time for the gym. 30 minute workouts are very doable. I've been going to Curves for many years and I feel fitter, healthier and more energetic than I did 10 years ago. The combination of resistance and aerobic training maintain bone density, increase stamina and give an all over workout in a fraction of the time spent at other gyms.
