Very helpful, didn't get bothered by staff who follow you around. Staff answered questions and left us to decide what we wanted. Paid for quickly and free delivery. bonus lol

Convenient for the area and easily accessible. Staff are usually not around when you need them though. Very very poor choice and stock of computer equipment and console games etc. Definitely not a place that has the right to carry the PC World logo. Only really useful for other household appliances.

Was helped out by josh at this story and I could speak more highly of his service. Super polite and helpful and sorted my issues out two consecutive days in a row to make sure my purchase of a camera went through smoothly and I was given the best advice possible. Went in vowing never to buy an electrical item from Currys PC World again and left thinking I’d not hesitate twice buying from the store again in future.

Very clean and tidy is what I noticed as soon as I walked in. Only thing was it took 20 mins maybe more to be seen to and I only wanted a firestick...

Really helpful staff at Trafford branch. I spoke to helpful adviser who demonstrated the key features of a fridge freezer that I was looking at. It was not the hard sell but genuine nature of advising me so I could make an informed decision

See review of, Currys, Stockport. I was willing to buy any condenser tumble dryer, heat pump dryer or washer dryer and take home. Every attempt fraught with delays and negative result. Abandoned the store and went to Argos as an emergency buy of any tumble dryer. Got one first attempt.

Got to currys in white city at 7:55 yesterday after getting stuck in the traffic for the man United game. The doors were already closed even though the email to collect my item says it closes at 8pm!! A customer walked out at 8 so I ran back over to the 5 members of staff stood the other side of the door and explained I was stood there for a few minutes and the doors were closed to get the response “yeah we do close a few minutes early” !!! How rude!! Absolutely no empathy that I had sat in traffic for 40 minutes to get there (the trip should have taken 15 minutes) The item was already paid for. All the lazy sod had to do was get it from the store room! I will be requesting the item is moved to a different Currys as the staff here are plain rude!

They need staff who actually know their stuff to explain the differences between products, but they are only focussed on sales technique. I went in and saw something I like so I asked for help and customer service literally just read the ticket in front of products. Useless, like I can obviously read. I wanted you to explain to me the difference between the products not just read the description on the ticket. Incompetent staff
