Great variety of various products. But the most distinguishing feature of this place is the service quality. Almost never have I encountered staff that is so well versed and aware of their products. There is no push to dump a product on you. Careful attendance to the need of the customer is figured out. And since the staff is very knowledgeable, the conversation is of a higher grade. If they think they don't have a suitable product for your needs, I haven't ever seen them ram another product down your throat. Quality of products is fantastic, never had any issues that required repairing or fixing. Overall, very very good.

Excellent customer service and knowledge available. The staff are able to give expert advice and i was very happy with what i selected. Any issues were also promptly sorted out by the staff without any questions. All in all i would definitely recommend richer sounds, they price beat and have 6 years guarantee on most items so its a no brainer compared to other retailers who only offer 1 or 2.

Exactly what i would hope for and expect as a representative of Richer Sounds. Normally I don't write reviews but the service from this store in particular was outstanding, went to pick up a couple meters of speaker cable as other shops only sold them in big lenghts and I only needed a bit for my setup, phoned a bit before the shop closed in desperation and lo and behold they had some in stock. Waited outside for about 20 seconds and John came out not only with the cable that I wanted but a longer cut giving me some more space to work out my setup. John if you're reading this you're a legend dude, Richer Sounds should give this guy a medal and a bonus for extra effort
