Currys PC World Featuring Carphone Warehouse bath

Visted Currys twice now and walked out both times. First time I wanted a new phone. The youngster that served me showed no interest what so ever. He kept yawning and looked half asleep. They lost a sale, I walked out. Went in today (4-08-19) and asked to speak to someone about an IPad Pro. Was told he would get someone. I waited and waited then walked out. They lost a £1000 sale. Will not be going back there.

Very helpful staff. Explained a problem with my tablet and it's not one of there's. And restored some data I lost no charge.

Okay as expected. Would like to see more PC monitors. Good selection of Televisions

I like to think of myself as a connoisseur of technology stores and let me tell you, this is a fine wine (metaphorically speaking). Really had a great time here and spent most of the time with my mouth agape and my hand pressed against my own face.

Refused to price match against Amazon despite their info saying they do.Offered to knock £10 off for my 30 mile round trip but this was still £15 dearer than Amazon. Not exactly a tempting offer ! Manager had zero customer relation skills, had a take it or leave it attitude as though he was doing me a favour offering the £10 off. So I happily left it . Will buy the microwave from Amazon, just wanted to support a retail business if possible as they're always complaining about the effect of how online sales hurt them. So be VERY careful if price matching, try to check in advance of a journey. Have used Currys many times before but they'll never be having my custom again.

I had the best sales experience at Currys Longwell Green. Matt was a really helpful assistant that guided me through to the buying process. He helped me find the best deals and also ensured that the product will be delivered in time. The process was brilliant overall. I will definitely visit again!

Terrible service the young lady behind the collection point was lovely but the older woman in charge was very rude talked down to me like I was a little kid my advice if you are not happy in your job move on love it isn’t fair on the customers or the staff working there I will never give any of my hard earned cash to this store ever again. They are quick to take your money for orders online but makes it hells work to collect terrible this store Needs work on customer care👎

I would not buy anything new unless it was discounted and even then I've see things price hiked before they get discounted. I know a lot of companies do this, but Currys are more obvious. Bought a cheapish Toshiba laptop once, but that was a walking disaster. Definitely didn't want to risk buying a TV from them; used Richer Sounds. A pity Maplin went under as we are lacking High St alternatives now. Unfortunately online companies seem the only viable option now.

Curry's as always has all the latest gadgets and appliances went to get some earned got good honest advice and am really happy with the purchase I made

The staff do try to be helpful but the training they receive is questionable. There was almost nothing two members of staff could tell us about cookers. We left empty handed after about half an hour of uncertainty. When we have purchased from here in the past the products are good, but service is slow.
