Crossmans team went an extra mile to help me in a non-standard matter, when others did not care to move a finger to find a solution and turned me away. They are very friendly and I highly recommend them. I will certainly use them again when I need a solicitor.

Mr Crossman avoids answering the phone, lies and even blocks potential clients. I was about to engage Mr Crossman on a Legal Aid or Private basis, pending what I thought was a submitted application for Legal Aid. Up to the date of my hearing in Court, for a matter affecting my livelihood, he was sloppy, lazy at answering the phone and even seemed to block my number. I contacted the Legal Aid Agency and they told me no application was received from Mr Crossman or his firm of Solicitors. I realised then that he was a waste of time and effort. I have noticed positive reviews about this man online and am wondering what fees these people have been accepting to do this beforehand. He was no help to me, pretended to get cut-off when most likely he was hanging up because like most law firms, I wasn't throwing an exhorbitant fee straight at him. He stuttered over the phone, deliberately became incoherent and seemed to want to get off the phone as soon as possible. It didn't take me long to realise he was utterly useless and no way was I going to waste money on his lazy excuse for a 'representation'. Mr Crossman may indeed be losing his mental faculties due to his advanced age, which could well be adding to his ineptitude. If you choose to go with this solicitor, proceed with caution.
