5/ 5

I have recently used this firm for legal advice relating to property ownership and questions concerning a previous divorce settlement. The service provided by Helen Sandrone was friendly and very professional. I wanted specific questions to be clarified quickly and discreetly. The advice provided was clear and easy to understand without all of the usual legal jargon! I would highly recommend this firm of Solicitors if you need to get help with the complexities of family law.

I have used Wajid and his colleagues at Cooke Painter for many years now, they have helped with several property purchases and sales as well as various family matters. I always find them friendly and helpful, and wouldn't go any where else for legal advice or services. Highly recommended.

This is a very bad solicitor service. We submitted materials and the solicitor gave a bad feedback the second day. When I submitted material, porters are cold and not helpful. They behave as if they are the costumer. They even got angry without any patience when I tried to ask some questions. I really don't recommend this branch. Don't go there.

Very bad customer service. Very rude and do not have any urgency about them. Waiting 10 months for them to send the property through probate, to find out that they only sent it 8 weeks ago (because one of the staff messed up and forgot to send it). Then had to wait the extra 8 weeks, at this point my morgage agreement ran out and they sent myself and solicitors snotty messages saying we needed to push through fast and getting very pushy. It's an ordasity considering the reason the agreement ran out is because they messed up and didn't do their jobs. Finally the house completed and we were told noone knew where the property keys were, so we spent half a day chasing the keys to finally be told we had to drive to Easton to collect them from someone's private house. Show up and they say they didn't know we were coming, but she gets our keys from her CAR and sends me on my way!! Shocking professionalism and I would never use or recommend them again.
