Always good coffee and pleasant atmosphere to sit and relax. Staff nice and very helpful. Good broad range of pastries and toastie treats. Worth a try. Just been to have a great Latte to warm up on this cold morning.

Such a lovely place to sit and have a cuppa! Clean, friendly and super efficient. Charlie, Manager, runs a very tight ship so this coffee shop is well worth a visit. As a fellow Manager of a Costa Coffee shop, we can be very quick to criticise, however I feel no need to here!

Had tea but was told there were no lids for the teapot they used a expressso cup as a lid burnt my hand whilst pouring my tea spoke to one of the staff. He raised his eyebrows and said what do you want me to do we have no lids. Extremely unhelpful staff who really could not have cared less

I wonder who is writing all that sweet opinions about this place. yes, very good location, nice interior (after refurbishment a few months ago 2021) but quality, the standard of served drinks, and politeness of some staff members are far far away from average Costa Coffee. Don't pop in for a coffee after 17:00, you can see dirty plates, take away cups around, display with cakes, crisps stands, and surroundings after earthquake or hurricane. It doesn't look inviting and appetizing. Also, someone should check the health and safety standards of this place. I'm so disappointed and will stay away from this place

Use this Costa regularly and today I've gone in like normal and I've notice the top counter when I put my finger thru was coming off with a sticky dust it and it hadn't been clean for a wile like 3 weeks I put it to the mixed race manager and staff who abruptly ignored me when I was telling him how disgusting it was especially during an endemic. They were so rude by ignoring me as a regular customer I won't be returning due to this its totally disgusting and they have shown how ride they are to customers. Their was 5 of them not one could clean what in 3 weeks. AVOID GO TO PRESTON ROAD 10X BETTER HAPPY WELCOMING STAFF QUICK SERVICE ULKIKE LONDON ROAD. #DISGUSTING
