Excellent, well-informed advice on the 'phone about our preferred model of cooker (double oven with induction hob). In the shop, time willingly given to show us the model, talk through its workings, reserve it until required and arrange future delivery. A superb, good-humoured shopping experience.

Having now bought an American freezer, built in double oven and coffee maker from them, we have found the knowledge of the staff to be first class, they are helpful and courteous at all times and the fitters prompt and efficient.

Spoke to these guys on the phone first and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. The also delivered very quickly. Would recommend.

AFTER HAVING PURCHASED A NUMBER OF PRODUCTS OVER THE YEARS FROM COOPERS I CALLED IN FOR ADVICE ON COUNTER TOP OVENS AND FREE STANDING INDUCTION HOBS FOR USE WHEN WE TURN OFF OUR NEW AGA IN THE SUMMER MONTHS. THEIR REACTION WAS PATRONISING AND DISMISSIVE. I WAS SNEERINGLY ADVISED TO TRY ARGOS.THEY THEN STARTED TO CHAT TO EACH OTHER AND IGNORE ME. THESE YOUNG MEN NEED TO REALISE THEY ARE AN INDEPENDENT BUSINESS DEPENDENT ON THE GOODWILL AND LOYALTY OF THEIR BATH CUSTOMERS. THEY NO LONGER HAVE MINE.

Many thanks for such an excellent service yesterday, delivering my new cooker and fridge freezer, which I am delighted with, all done efficiently and with care from the delivery men. Highly recommended.

Just wanted to say what great service I received from Coopers of Bath, specifically Roland who has been incredibly helpful. I had to get a replacement cooker installed in my elderly uncles home in Bath. I am stuck in Scotland. Roland arranged everything including putting me in touch with excellent tradesman for the installation. The cooker was competitively priced and just what I needed. I could not have asked for better support and customer focus. I can't recommend Coopers highly enough. Thank you.

This company is amazing! Helped me get hold of the fridge I wanted when decent fridges are nearly impossible to find currently. The delivery guys were lovely and helpful too. I highly recommend them.

Wanting to support a local family business, we have just ordered a fridge freezer and washing machine from Coopers. Great range to choose from in their store. Customer service was key for us and they were super friendly and able to guide us through the various options so we could make an informed decision ourselves - no hard sell.
