I had a fantastic experience with Merle. She was lovely, very friendly and found me the perfect dress. Much better experience than I’ve had at different bridal shops! Would 100% recommend!

Back again for a prom dress for my daughter.. As lovely as they were when I got my wedding dress.. thanks so so much for the warm welcome and help. Can not recommend this place enough. Wonderful people.

Very poor quality of dresses compared to other shops we have been to and not an personal feel when you go inside the shop. The lady was very sarcastic during our visit and didn’t make us want to carry on looking at the dresses. We tried 6 dresses on and they all felt cheap material and some have tan netting on them which looks awful when trying them. The company uses pegs to show how the dresses fit to your body which feels rushed. We were not asked about the wedding or what the bride was thinking for the wedding such as colours or style. Very poor experience
