Just spent two periods of 2 minutes and 36 seconds calling this store to enquire about a product availability. No one answered and I was disconnected in both instances. Looks like I will have to visit the store in person. Just hope I don't have a wasted journey. I am not impressed.

Terrible customer service! Four children with me, two under three trying to walk and the staff refused to serve me and passed me onto each other so they could continue their non work conversations. Awful customer experience, shop elsewhere.

Not a very nice or helpful woman upstairs. She had short dark hair and glasses and made my request to use the changing room a massive chore. Did not offer to put items back that were no good. Ended up spending over £50 and barely even a smile for the miserable person. My large spend was no way a reflection on any good service. I actually felt pressured in the end and just wanted to get out as soon as possible so I bought them thinking if no good I can return until she was scanning them and I saw the exchanges only sign. All in all wish I hadn't of bothered.

1 Star is too generous for the store in Crown Point! Not only did a store assistant walk straight passed me and ignored me when I was asking for a shoe size she didn’t come back!! When I have checked my sons trainers on arrival home they are 2 different sizes. The assistant at the til couldn’t crack a smile and kept sighing. My recommendation- do not shop there ever!!
