Having recently had trouble with my computer, Dave, with his expertise diagnosed the problem, resolved the issues and quickly got me "up and running" again. Apart from showing great competence and knowledge he is very friendly to deal with. I am also very thankful for his excellent "back-up" service and would most certainly recommend him.

David's rapid response visit to help reassure us we hadn't been 'hacked' was most welcome. He then proceeded to diagnose a host of other actual issues we had with our laptop and thoroughly, professionally and very patiently worked his way through a series of 'techy things' that has resulted in us having a virus free, protected and speedy working machine. Let's hope it all last another seven years! We would thoroughly recommend David's services for anyone looking for a one-off 'sorting out' and/or an ongoing support arrangement.

Many thanks to Dave who has just spent several hours cleaning up and re-organising my home PC. This job turned out to be far more than labour intensive than was originally intended. Communication throughout was excellent, value for money outstanding, including some top tips on essential computer maintenance. I would have no hesitation in recommending his services.
