David's rapid response visit to help reassure us we hadn't been 'hacked' was most welcome. He then proceeded to diagnose a host of other actual issues we had with our laptop and thoroughly, professionally and very patiently worked his way through a series of 'techy things' that has resulted in us having a virus free, protected and speedy working machine.
