STAY AWAY!! FIND ANOTHER SALON!!! One month before my son's wedding I was looking for a place to do my hair and makeup. Complexions seems like a really nice place. I went inside and asked some questions. Instead of whole eyelashes do you do the individual eyelashes? Oh yes! said the woman. I want to have my hair done up. Do you have accessories that you can put in my hair? Oh yes! Said the woman. I thought I found the right place until the day of my scheduled appointment. Beautician tells me no we don't have anything to put in your hair! Then the makeup girl tells me, no we only have whole eyelashes we don't do individual. She had to correct my right eye three times because she was not putting the eyelash on correctly. The part that bothered me most about that was she didn't notice how bad it looked. The friend I took with me noticed it right away. I said to The girl doing my lashes, You don't see that? By the third time she got it right. She airbrushed my face to the point where it looked orange!! I spent a lot of money to be disappointed. Wish I would have given my money to someone more honest and professional. Don't let the beauty of the inside of this building fool you. I do not recommend this place at all if you have somewhere special to go! Oh and NO sample lipstick for touch ups through the evening! Other beauty salons if they're doing your makeup for a wedding give you a small sample of their lipstick so that you can touch up through the night. This place you had to buy it for $20! BEST ADVICE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Selected this venue based on recommendations at a local bridal show. I’ll start out with the positive that most of the girls in the bridal party had a decent hair and nails but all came away with feeling like they over paid for services. However, as the bride I would’ve expected to have known and been treated as such. I hated my hair and it was uncomfortable. I wanted a basic bun. Low maintenance. I ended up with a tight back military style bun lol. The stylist seemed upset that I requested it be changed. Overall It just felt like we were cash cows. Wish I spent my money elsewhere. I had limited assistance from the rep. I had to organize between 10 brides maids both hair and nail appointments based on their employees availability. Being in the hospitality industry myself for over a decade I have never experienced this.

Spa was clean and quiet. My massage was amazing! I will definitely be going back. I am new to the area but the location of this place is super convenient. The men’s locker room is on the smaller side, but the steam room and shower were really nice. There is only one shower so I would suggest booking on weekday to avoid any crowds.

Excellent customer service and love my regular facials and massages. Everyone I've had a facial with is fantastic, and I especially like Nicole for massages. The deluge shower is very relaxing, as is the sauna. And love the relaxation tea!
