Had an amazing remedial massage session with Kate today, released so much tension from pressure points, my shoulders are feeling so much more relaxed and I literally feel taller! I highly recommend Kate to anyone needing get rid of tension, her massages are so healing. I also love the advice to help maintain good health and posture, and yoga poses to do at home. I was in Albany for work and my back was aching after the long drive, but after a deep tissue massage from Kate I was feeling great again, and she also gave me stretches and exercises to do so I didn’t get a sore back on the way back. Very impressed and will be back!
