Studied computing. The teachers were great, very professional and explain things clearly and give you feedback to improve. However the IT technicians in this college are a joke. Computers most of them in the classes half of them weren't even working. The teacher even emailed them and some of us even wrote down the computer number and room number of all the computers that weren't working and gave it to the library receptionist and said they would pass it on so that the computer will get fixed. They never got fixed the technicians in this college are very lazy and I don't even know if they are qualified. The overall college is depressing happy I'm out of there

Extremely dodgy college. Not a good place to work or best place to study. Was once a respectable technical college with good quality staff who have long retired. Since going mainstream it has been run and staffed by destructively dodgy and incapable riff raff, some still there holding on for retirement and some no longer there having successfully lied their ways into new roles they are not fit for. Totally gone to the dogs.

Do not answer the phone number they provide on their site, do not reply to emails when you have filled out their online form and their website functions poorly. I'm sure they are able to take money with no problems however.

Best time waster and the funny part is that i had booking at 18:45 and when I enter there was a lady who wanted to go home and said this guy just came so maybe he need to come tomorrow 🤣 but I’m not an easy person to play with me so they took me in and they they bring another excuse for my course that I wanted to start wich it was for beginners and new to industry. Hi there i already had confirmation email and did my online booking and went there yesterday. So basically I applied for refrigeration and air conditioning & heat pump system level 2. So the description for course says for new beginners or for people who are in the Industry and want to gain more knowledge. So not on website and not over the phone with reception or with the teacher have they ever mentioned that I will need some sort of qualification, and even when I went there first teacher didn’t even mentioned nothing they send me for English exam and maths. While I was completing the exam another teacher comes and says that I can’t do level 2 without finishing the level one which doesn’t make no sense at all otherwise I don’t think the whole stuff who working on websites are dummies and even some teachers to don’t even let you know what I need to bring to be able to start this course, and I’ve asked them billions of times. Anyway lucky me I applied in 4 college at the same time and I already call them up just to make sure it will not happen same and 3 of them said that I do not need nothing expect the identification documents. So pls stop wasting people’s time, if you don’t have students for level 1 not people’s fault and you can’t push people to do whatever benefits the teachers or the colleges for not having students. Thank you.

Atrocious doesn’t even begin to sun this place up. No details given of prices, start dates or if courses are evening or day. The website is also woeful for this information. Was told the course I wanted to do would be free only to find out after waiting almost an hour that it would be several hundred pounds, even then I had to ask several people and be lead to several departments just to find out start dates etc. If you actually run things the right way then I would have signed up, so it’s your loss. It’s not major surprise considering this is the same group as CONEL 😂 AVOID. Oh and see the bag of garbage they give out, full of sugar and several pieces of identical and all useless paper work.
