2/ 5

I booked a room for 5 days from 10 July 2015 to 15 July 2015. The only good thing about the place is, it is located very centrally. Otherwise, it was not a good experience at all. The man at the reception who is probably of Arab origin was rude. When I checked in, he did not give me any details such as how to get to the room, where is the refectory etc. When I asked, he seemed irritated. I felt more disappointed when I got to my room, the carpet in the room was dirty, the bathroom was mouldy and had a damp smell. On Sunday morning, when I went for breakfast I was very upset to see a 'dinner man' of African origin shouting at a guest for putting a croissant on her plate. He very rudely told the guest that she should wait to be served!

It was the worse PFCE provider in 2008-2009. They could not protect the vulnerable in the classroom.
