My review seems to have been removed. My doctor was actually good. However, I cannot say the same about the incompetent and work shy reception staff. I now go down the road to Cadbury heath health centre where it’s refreshing to see polite and extremely helpful staff. I’ve been at close farm my whole life and it’s a shame that it’s gotten so bad I had to leave. I am hearing this a lot and am not the only person that had to leave there. Rude, obnoxious staff are ruining your once perfect dr surgery. Something needs to change there. This is common knowledge around this area. Shame it’s gotten so bad now.

Are the doctors here even qualified? Myself and partner have been visiting this practice for the last few years. They have misdiagnosed on several occasions and even had to google my symptoms once, which i could have done at home. Very unprofessional... The receptionist always comes across rude and abrupt. Not a difficult task to smile and make your patients feel welcome is it. I am looking at changing surgeries as i fear for my health going here.

Close Farm Surgery is great. The team at Close Farm are dedicated, sympathetic and highly effective. I go to the doctor's very rarely, but every time I have contacted the surgery, I have always received superb care and feel extremely grateful that we have such an excellent health system. In particular, Dr. Singh and the wonderful receptionists treated me for an issue that after a month of self-care was getting steadily worse. Each time I rang the surgery, I was able to speak to Dr. Singh within an hour. Dr. Singh prescribed me some medication and within an hour of taking the first dose, I felt a significant improvement. Thank you very much for your care and please keep up with the good work at what must be an extremely challenging time.
