Excellent service. Tony couldn't have been more helpful and patient! He was in touch within about half an hour of the plumber leaving and came round looked at everything and made helpful (and tactful) suggestions. A few days later we were able to see everything we needed at the depot and again he patiently went through it all with us. Plus a very good discount at the end too. We're now waiting with eager anticipation for delivery and fitting. Heartily recommend.

Excellent service and guidance throughout the whole process. Jo gave us great advice. Her knowledge on the products was top drawer. I love the fact there is no hard sell at all, no pressure and the prices are excellent too. Completely stress free from when we stepped inside. We visited Cliftons after being recommended by our bathroom fitter. We are extremely happy with our bathroom purchase and were helped by Tony who was really knowledgeable and helped us to get everything we needed;he worked out all our sizes and advised us on tiles, colours etc. He made it very easy for us.
