I have a small gothic shop and love ordering from Cleopatra. They have a massive variety of goodies and a very fast, efficient service.

After shopping here for 9 years, the managers have become bitter & very disrespectful. CHECK YOUR RECIEPTS on my last visit i was overcharged 43 pounds! When i came to dispute it they labelled me as "angry" no, not angry but frustrated at multiple items added onto my invoice . They have sabotaged another wholesalers shop out of spite & jealousy. I wish I never used them as a wholesaler; very argumentative & completely disrespectful.

I have a crystal shop in Cirencester and I have been using Cleopatra since we opened , I have found the prices are excellent , the owners are so friendly , I really enjoy shopping there , it's almost a pleasure to give them my money,

Save yourselves and look for another supplier. Bad service, slow response took almost 2 weeks to just get my orders to shipped. When the orders arrived it was incomplete (took almost 3 weeks to arrive), received only 10% of the order. Made up some excuse about full reimbursement, received money back however not without their disacknowledgement of my damaged products. Told them to send out the remaining products and they said "No". Could have just sent it out but they chose to ignore their long term buyer for 5 years. They do not respect their customer, appreciate them nor want to work things out. Watch out for this one, find another professional supplier.
