I needed a size ordered in store from online, it only took two days to arrive and the service was excellent. The staff were super nice and informative.

Efficient service. Reasonable range. Not bargain basement prices though. Worth supporting this high street brand.

Impeccable service! Can take a while to be served when busy but well worth the wait! The staff go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied! Only issue is if you have a pushchair and need to get upstairs to the children's section you can't get upstairs with it!

Very helpful did not have shoe but they had it in another store,3 days later delivered to my house.

Great store. Friendly service. Large selection of nice and comfortable shoes. Perhaps they could offer to contact the customer in future if the right shoe size is not available at the store, or try to locate them at another store. That would be really helpful.

We had an appointment at 5:30pm on the first day out of lockdown (12/04) because my son desperately needed new shoes. The roads were so busy that we had to leave my partner in traffic and speed walk the rest of the way to the shop. Even though we ended up arriving at 5:45 (they close at 6), we were welcomed very warmly. At that point, my son was tired, restless, and irritable. Despite that, Julia was so incredibly patient with him and really made sure to measure his feet. He wanted the same shoes he had outgrown but they didn't have that colour in stock. Julia gave him the same model in a different colour just to make sure the sizing fits properly. He didn't understand that and claimed they didn't fit. She very skillfully and patiently explained to him what was going on and that he will get the shoes that he wants. We were the absolute worst customers but Julia was so kind and understanding. My son loves his new dinosaur shoes that arrived in the post soon after, in the right size and colour. Thank you very much and we promise to arrive early next time!
