Soles wore out within 6 months but exchanged free of charge for a new pair. Receipt wasn't required just proof of purchase on bank statement. Friendly attentive customer service. 5*

Very pleasant & friendly/knowledgeable sales assistant in Jane, assistant no 87. Assisted my 12 year old daughter calmly with her feet measurement, highly recommended.

Friendly team. Not pushy. All the shoes I've bought at Clarks have lasted well over five years even after pounding the pavements of Brighton on a daily basis (I walk nearly two miles to work each day).

Had fantastic customer service by Matt 420, he was really lovely & Friendly too. Really helped me get my work shoes, giving me great advice with some leather stretching products. Well done a very happy customer. Actually all the staff were very attentive too.

Elaine was absolutely fabulous with my children and really made sure they were both happy with their choices and that the fit was just right. Perfect service!

With the three small ones there is often cause to go here, and some visits would be very low ranked. Most recently though 5 stars for Molly for liking both children and shoes being generally competent.
