Mixed feelings about the place. Went as a NHS referral for tooth removal. Strange first experience. Consultation was a little bit abrupt and not particularly informative. The waiting room also has a nice fish tank but the seats are all ripped and the place feels messy. 2nd time was better when the tooth was being pulled. The dentist was fairly patient and explained things to me. Asked me if I was happy to proceed and was generally more friendly. Even gave me more numbing agent at my request. After the procedure was done they didn't really provide any sort of advice or aftercare though which was jarring. I was left to go on my way with a leaflet which wasn't ideal. Especially after a relatively stressful procedure. Overall it was an ok experience. I have private insurance through another practice for general checkups so am not opposed to paying for it if necessary (I went NHS for this as the cost for removal is very high privately). If I had gone private for this treatment, based on my current knowledge, I don't know if I would have gone with Claredon. As an NHS patient thought it was fine.

Soumia and Shelley were professional and friendly as usual. Soumia has treated me for a number of years, and I look forward to seeing her. Despite a filling coming out two days after installation, she was quick to get me in and resolve the issue with a much nicer white filling. Thank you x
