I would give 0 stars if it were an option. I visited this store on thursday with my husband. He normally wears a satchel however a rucksack caught my eye. After 10 minutes of trying to make a decision and agreeing it was a gorgeous rucksack but was perhaps not for him we left the store. I snuck back in and bought the rucksack as a gift. Today he decided that whilst it was lovely he didnt feel it suited him and went back into store for a refund. The same gentleman served him (knowing that when I bought the bag my husband wasnt 100% sure) and told him they do not accept refunds. I am utterly gobsmacked that knowing my husband wasnt 100% he didnt care to mention this before I bought the bag. Which by the way cost £135. My husband was told that it says on the receipt that no refunds will be issued unless the bag is faulty. My question is how in God's name is that acceptable to let your customers know this AFTER they have bought in store by printing it on the receipt. Awful customer service and we will never buy here again. A word of advice, find the identical item online as you can return your items within 14 days. Isn't it a wonder the high street is dying!
