Great night out, lots of restaurants close by and loads of free parking. The cinema is fairly new and the seating is very comfortable. The foyer has the usual range of sweets and snacks. Really nice cinema.

Brilliant customer service. I accidentally booked the very front seats. Nearly got a refund but swapped it for another same movie at a nearer time. We enjoyed it more than if we were sat closer to the screen.

Over and over turned house lights on during a screening, no statement of regret given to anybody. Helpless assistance at very sluggish speed all through our visit, staff appeared to be more keen on playing with one another than serving. Different films in Liverpool offer a far unrivaled assistance. Stay away from.

Great screen and sound. It's a shame that ushers don't seem to be a thing any more as our viewing enjoyment was slightly reduced by misbehaving youths. Probably just wait to view at game next time.
