The staff here are polite and helpful. The cinema itself is clean and tidy. The prices are very reasonable, for entrance and refreshments. I highly recommend you visit here rather than the costly chain cinemas.

Nice cinema and good prices but you can only buy tickets in person, so unless you live nearby you often turn up to find it sold out which is a nightmare when you're taking young children. Especially galling when you've gone out of your way to support an independent business, you've just wasted money on parking and then end up going to a big chain cinema after all. Really need to be able to buy online.

Wow what a place. If you have kids and you want to go the cinema without taking out another mortgage, this is the place to go. Even though it's quite a drive for me, I always go there. It's a community run cinema with a great altruistic vibe in a beautiful 1930's building. Just try to get there early at weekends or for popular films as they often sell out especially in the two smaller screens.

Nice little cinema and a good price. Seats aren't as comfortable and it's not as spacious as the big chains but comfy enough to sit watching a film. They even paused the film before it started so everyone could get in! Only thing missing was an intermission with someone selling sweets and ice creams at the front... I'm definitely going there again

Lovely lovely cinema. I've not been here for quite a long time. My Dad used to take me and my Sister all the time. Was such a brilliant visit. Gremlins for the Christmas movies!! Lovely, very friendly staff. And the cinema itself is just beautiful.

Brilliant to experience the feel of the original cinema. I love the way this place has kept it old charm and you can't get cinema tickets cheaper. Great staff too who I believe are all volunteers.

Excellent community venue for the showing of some wonderful films. It has low prices and a warm atmosphere whilst also offering a lovely building to see. To say that it is a treasure is, in fact, an understatement.
