Cryotherapy. Very sceptable at first. Didn't need to be the feeling once you've done it is amazing. No teeth chattering. Left me pain free and feeling energised. Would recommend cryotherapy to any one especially arthritis sufferers like myself the sleep I get after a session is pain free. Brilliant. Done the water massage too fabulous left feeling calmed and felt more supple

The Chill hydrotherapy massage is my little bit of heaven! It is very relaxing and excellent for smoothing out any aches and pains as well as being a lovely way to have a bit of downtime. I have also had cryotherapy here which I found very useful for chronic pain. Scott and all the staff are friendly and helpful and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend Chill to anyone looking for a therapeutic relaxing massage 😊
