Children’s A&E manchester

No one seems working. It is 3.15 a.m. and after 6 hours I am still waiting to see a doctor for my son. I am sure in congo they have better services.

All the specialists are here. So best place to come. Empty at 7am. Busy in the eve. Can be hit or miss on waiting times.

After 6 hours of waiting we finally saw the doctor who examined my child and said a nurse would come and see us the next day. THE NURSE NEVER SHOWED UP!!!!! I wonder why?

Very satisfied with the way my daughter was seen by all the nursing staffs and the doctor was very much capable and re-assuring, she even arranged for a follow up call by a community nurse the following day. There was a bit of waiting time, but that is to be expected in this toughest of times. Thank You!

Rubbish service 6hours wait to see the doctor for tow year old but not been seen by doctor come back home with out seeing doctor

No care at all my little girl had her finger hanging off due to an accident after 6six hours they sent her home with out doing anything ...say she needs covid test it third day now still haven't heard back from them . And no one is answering the phone.🤬

I could not fault the care and compassion of all the staff that looked after my 14 year old Daughter here nothing was too much trouble especially during these hard times. We both felt so looked after and my daughter was treated with such emapathy. She could not have been in better hands. I know to the staff they are just doing there job but sometimes they do not get the credit they deserve in this profession. From the bottom of my heart I just want to say a big big thank you.

Poor service, rude and cold-hearted nurses. Our two months old daughter was on the emergency list for the larynx surgery. We have been asked to keep her for four hours without food before the procedure but no one came to us for 8,5 hrs since the last feeding. My wife and I were trying to calm her down the whole night and none of the nurses even offered to help. Staff of the Ward 75 shouldn't be allowed to work with kids. Shame on you.
