Beautiful gardens and house. Contents amazing. But there was no information available in the house about paintings and objects and no audio guide or leaflet with layout of the grounds and house. The only sign we saw to info was their website as we exited. Why not tell everyone about this when you book? Great place. Experience could be significantly improved.

I love the mix of classical art and sculpture with modern. Facilities, shops, cafe all well thought out and good. The only negative was the lack of gluten free food in the kiosk. Overall lovely experience.

Simply stunning. The house was amazing even with the Covid restrictions. The grounds are the best we've seen. Well worth a visit. The staff were fantastic, they rearranged our time slot as our baby was distressed. Thanks!

A lovely day out, our 2 beagles were welcome on leads (plenty of sheep and lambs to see) and had a fantastic time. Food was available and cleaning, social distancing was adhered to. The gift shop was beautiful. The grounds are very well kept and the fountains are unique and definitely worth a look. The farm shop was extremely well stocked, I can recommend the bacon and sausages. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area.

We've visited the gardens numerous times over the last few months. It's a fantastic place to wander, with new discoveries every time. Fantastic for the pram and we loved visiting for the Christmas lights! The staff are so friendly and we look forward to more visits next year 😊

Great place to visit especially if the weather is good. Lots of places to take a stroll and view. The house itself has plenty to see inside and includes a gift shop at the end. Plenty of parking. Some very nice flowers if you go at the right time too with vibrant colours. It's a well looked after place. Highly recommended and very relaxing.

Such a magical place with so much to do the gardens will keep you exploring for hours with hidden gems around every corner. The restaurants and shops are well managed and kept immaculate with plenty of staff to help with any need or queries you may all selling local food or goods. I was unlucky enough to need a little medical attention as my daughter bumped her head getting out of the car but a member of staff called for a medic who came very quickly and was so helpful and pleasant thank you

Fantastic. Really enjoyed our visit. Lots to see and do for all ages. We made a whole day of it. The staff there were wonderful. Really welcoming, pleasant and so very knowledgeable. You can tell it's more than a job for them. People I have spoken too recommended going at Christmas as they say it's magical.

We visited the house and gardens today as part of the Christmas celebrations. Absolutely stunning inside the house, fantastic trees and decorations and very helpful guides. My Mum uses a wheelchair and the mobility access and assistance was second to none. The lights in the gardens are amazing, making the whole package so memorable. Amazing, brilliant and worthy of going again. Merry Christmas!
