This isn’t my local practice and I was referred here for an emergency dental appointment this morning- but how I wish this was my local dentist- oh my goodness the staff are wonderful. The gentleman on reception welcomed me with a big smile and was so friendly as was the woman on the upstairs reception. The dentist team helping me were so kind and understanding, the ladies put me at ease when I was feeling nervous. Thank you for turning an unpleasant situation (my teeth) into a very pleasant experience.

On one occasion I was not contacted for a call back appointment at all. Had to chase them up. Another occasion, was booked for a blood test, then told they don't do blood tests on Saturday. So have to re book. Again. Waste of my time. Do not go here if you're looking for a reliable go. Sorry!

I am really glad I am with this practice - everyone I have ever dealt with; receptionists, nurses, doctors - have all been so caring and helpful. I think they do an amazing job throughout all the pressures the NHS has to deal with. I think they're brilliant!

Excellent service, from reception through to GP consultation. The doctors so far have been highly responsive and clear, and have taken my condition seriously via phone and in person. Highly recommend to anyone.
