Another great trip! I took my daughter on this occasion, we both had a lovely time and weren't ready to leave. We both had massages, I had Susie as my therapist, she was AMAZING! I've had many massages as part of my job, and I could very happily have booked another 2 with her for each day we were there. The food was tasty, as usual. The room was nice, clean and spacious, the grounds beautifully kept. I can't wait to return!

Lovely resort but a little chaotic - over an hour in a queue just to check in, many classes fully booked and no bread available for breakfast are just a few examples of our most recent experience.

Overpriced. The massage was rushed and probably lasted 30 minutes and cost £100, the therapist had obviously never done a deep tissue before, it was more like a Swedish massage. The service throughout our stay was average in the restaurant but this was due to it being understaffed for the amount of people dining. The quality of food and the choice was very good. The facilities were also very good but it was very busy while we were there and quite often we were not able to do or go where we wanted without a wait. At checkout there were things added to our bill that we didn't have though these were taken off without any argument. Overall very disappointing

Unfortunately impossible to reach the Reservations Team via phone. Again was on hold for 20 minutes today, no one answered...second time I called and wasn't able to enquire about Vitality availability to whose member they offer discounts...impossible to book this Vitality benefit! :( They refer you to online booking which doesn't allow to apply this discount..

Really lovely experience on the whole, the spa treatments were calming and the whole resort has a relaxing aura to it. Sitting by the lake is especially soothing, and the food in the restaurant was always great and very healthy. Only thing I'd say is that the room was not up to the standards I'd expect from other similar places - some dirty grout in the shower, really cheap plastic phone, really aged wooden window frames with peeling paint.
