Couldn’t fault our stay at the Village Hotel Swindon, I am part of the members scheme and got a fabulous deal. We had access to the pool and gym which was lovely and clean, nice breakfast, very friendly & helpful staff and a fabulous big clean room! Can’t wait to stay again. You get a feel of luxury without the price tag. Plus a coffee from the ‘in hotel’ Starbucks was just the cherry on top. 😉

It's OK! But I was disappointed. To not have been met for tech and room instructions. Food was bland and bought at rock bottom prices. Couldn't even be bothered to mix up the ready salter crisps. The tech didn't work and with no one around we muddled through. The chairs are dirty from lots of drink spills and need cleaning as does the carpet of the meeting room we were in. White board was so small and was the one request we had! Fantastic Jayne no doubt does her best under tough circumstances if that is best they have to offer. Pity there are 33 choices of quick meeting rooms in their portfolio and I don't think we will re use unless they follow up and let's face it. Have the courage now to ask me how it went! Not well and not even worth the money! Sorry Jayne! Have to tell the truth! Happy to discuss

Great staff who were super helpful. Very nice hotel. Unfortunately not the cleanest. What seemed to be plastic grass was on my towel and hairs in the bath.

Most of the staff are really helpful. Some of the food was not the best and if you want to swap something on the menu, say no bun with your burger but some extra salad they have a job understanding what you mean by extra salad. I'm finding a lot of places like this. It's almost like staff have no initiative! The Starbucks there was rubbish, no cream to add to my coffee, this is the only way I drink coffee.
