Always good for games and dvds best prices in Brighton.. Very friendly and helpful staff
I love this shop, fair price on dvd and games, friendly staff
Quik convenient shop get rid of old tech.
What I love about this place and why it's getting 5 stars is not there prices I think there prices are Abit to high but they do have good prices on stuff you want to sell and furthermore you don't stand around for like half an hour anymore as they have guys and girls with tablets that can serve you without having to go to a till. Really pleased with my last visit.
They give a good price on a phone. But they won't buy a phone with a small defect. The phone has to be fully functioning. I took in an immaculate S9 plus that was boxed with all accessories. But apparently the vibrate was a bit loud and rattled a bit. It was definitely broken too. I had just never noticed. So they refused to buy. However I'm giving a five star review for customer service. Because they pointed me in the direction of Global Links just five doors down and advised me that they purchase broken phones. They purchased my phone for a really good price considering the vibrate was actually defective.
Popped in for my childs main Xmas present, and everyone was so helpful and very importantly for me, patient. Absolutely cannot fault the customer service. I wanted to get the best I could afford with a combination of cash and vouchers from previous trades ins. Originally, the exact one I wanted wasn't in stock, so they called the Hove store, to hold it for me, rather than I walk there to find it had been sold. However, there was no answer and they requested I come back afte the Hove store had opened up etc. When I popped back, the staff clocked me, and started getting my console ready for me - they had found one during my absence, and had it ready before I even reached the counter. So My console was in excellent condition, fully boxed and all the cables needed. Yes, they do have rather large discrepancies between trade in prices and the amount they sell on for. But, for me, the great customer service, the 2 year warranty, and peace of mind that everything is going to work, totally, trump's buying second hand from, for example, eBay, or similar.
A geat way to buy games cheap 2nd hand but still feels like new games love it (:
Good for looking for either cheap games or a dvd to watch
