5/ 5

This practice is unlike any other medical centres in Wagga. It is almost like a day spa, the atmosphere is beautiful/calming and relaxing. The reception staff are lovely and welcoming. They go above and beyond in trying to assist with a patient’s needs. Dr Rachel is amazing and comes highly recommended. Dr Rachel is kind, caring, compassionate and non-judgemental. Like the reception girls, she goes above and beyond in her role as a doctor and attempts in meeting the patients needs with thorough intervention. Dr Rachel also listens and explains things exceptionally well while valuing the patients needs and wants. This practice is one of the best medical centres in Wagga.

Was here a little while ago and honestly appalled at the lack of professionalism and rudeness of the reception girls. Made me feel so hopeless when I was already having a really bad time. Disgusting. I hope you’ve hired new receptionist since. The dr was great. The star is for dr Rachel

Saw Dr Lyford for the first time. Went in for one thing, Doc has sent me for multiple tests to check for multiple things. Feel like hes being super thorough, which makes me feel like he really cares. Rare in Wagga. Dr Purnell is a star! I wont go anywhere else for skin checks or mole removals. She is so passionate about skin health. Staff are great, pleasant atmosphere. I wont go anywhere else.
