I completed the Level 2 Diploma in Complimentary Therapies over a period of 15-weeks each Tuesday and I can honestly say that I LOVED every minute of it. Caroline Bove is such an exceptional teacher and all the staff at this college are so friendly, helpful and warm people. I really enjoyed learning the art of massage, aromatherapy and reflexology and I really want to put into practice all that I have learned over the past few weeks. The college is located in an ideal part of the City Centre and easy to get access to. It is very clean and inviting and all the staff are so lovely. I am really going to miss not attending each week and hope to come back to study another course in the near future!

Unfortunately I had a bad experience at the White Rose College. Beauty Therapy level 2 was ok but level 3 was a joke. We never had a book and the teacher was awful. She had her two favourite students and would give them preference every time, they would get the best equipment first while the rest of the class had to wait for a long time. The college also thought they could make their own laws and didn't follow the rules. We were suddenly asked to take a compulsory pcr test at the college, I didn't agree with it because I knew they were lying and it wasn't compulsory by law like they said. I was kicked out of class and they said they were going to contact me when I was allowed back in. They never contacted me I had to find my own ways to get back in class. By the time they admitted they lied and it wasn't compulsory they already forced the pcr test in almost all students. The teacher asked me not to voice it to anyone and keep it quiet not to upset others. I did as she said until now because I think head office needs to be aware of the law and follow it the way its supposed to be. I am also exempt from wearing a mask and the teacher tried to forced me even though she had my medical reports, which she made a copy of and still has on her possession. That's another legal issue as its illegal to have private information from students on their files. I never had access to manageasses as the teacher said my password wasn't working, so she was supposed to upload my assignments but she never did and then asked about them very rudely. She would help their favourite students getting everything uploaded and she never talked to me once even if I asked several times. By the end of the course all students were supposed to have a chat with the teacher to speak about the future and how to continue studying or working but the completely skipped me. Honestly she's a terrible teacher and a bad person, she would treat foreign people like myself as second or third class and was way nicer to English students. I don't recommend this college to anyone, specially if you are a foreign, it was a really bad experience. Find a more professional college like The Manchester College Northernden Campus we're I am currently doing level 4 and it couldn't get any better. The teachers are older and know how to teach and treat people.

I have recently completed Level 2 Complementary Therapy with White Rose Manchester and have gone on and started Level 3. All the staff at the college are so friendly and professional, they make you feel extremely comfortable and are very interested in individual progress. The tutors share a wealth of knowledge with students going above and beyond all the time.

I'm studying the Level 3 Nail Services course and Level 3 Makeup Artistry course at this college. The staff are extremely supportive and understanding. They are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure you're happy. It's clear that they have a genuine passion for what they do. The college is beautiful throughout! It's a lovely warm and relaxed environment to work in. You feel right at home. They have great facilities, too. It's a privilege to be a part of such a prestigious and highly reputable company. Truly unique learning experience. 10/10 would recommend to anybody looking to start a course in the Health & Beauty industry!
