No idea why there would be negative reviews of this - the operator is perfectly polite and pleasant and professional and the exam experience was top notch. Everything went smoothly and I think this is a great testing centre

The road is always busy with vehicles parked on kerbs ,the environment is becoming unhealthy with litters and pot holes everywhere. Might need some TLC before I becomes a dump .

It's funny reading the other reviews. I've been coming here on/off for 10 years. I don't think anything has changed in that time. The guy doing the proctoring is a major jobsworth. When I was filling in my form he incessantly kept repeating 'Sir, please sit down' because I was filling the form standing up. I'd just pulled my back and wanted to avoid sitting down, knowing I was about to be sat down for an hour in the exam. He kept on repeating it and repeating it. I kept on ignoring him and ignoring him, telling him "No I want to stand". He just wouldn't accept it. The computers look like they belong in a museum. The toilets are similar to ones you see on a building site. Having said that, they're the best place for availability and its not hard to get to. There's a convenient Costa Coffee next door for a quick pre-exam refresh!
